Cancellation before 24 hours of delivery time slot starts, 95% of total amount shall be refunded.
Cancellation within 6 to 24 hours before delivery time starts, 50% of total amount shall be refunded.
Cancellation in the last 6 hours before delivery time starts, no refunds shall be made.
No cancellations, rescheduling, or refunds are permitted for any bookings scheduled on national festivals or religious festivals (for example: Diwali, Holi, Eid, Christmas, New Year's Eve/Day, Independence Day, Republic Day, etc.).
In case of Rain / Thunderstorm / Sandstorm or any act of God, only rescheduling will be entertained and no cancellation will be done.
Cancellation requests will be taken in working hours between 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM via email at info@surprizekart.com with order id or call to customer support.
To cancel an order, kindly reply to the order confirmation email with a message "I wish to cancel my order, kindly process the refund as per the cancellation policy of the company".

24 hours before delivery time starts, Rescheduling shall be done without an extra fee.
In the last 24 hours before delivery time starts will attract rescheduling fee depending on availability of decorators/partners in the requested city and time slot.
No rescheduling possible on orders booked for national festivals or religious festivals (for example: Diwali, Holi, Eid, Christmas, New Year's Eve/Day, Independence Day, Republic Day, etc.
Rescheduling requests will be taken in working hours between 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM via email at info@surprizekart.com with order id or call to customer support.
To reschedule an order, kindly reply to the order confirmation email with a message "I wish to reschedule my order, kindly reschedule my order to DD:MM:YYYY at 00:00 hours as per the rescheduling policy of the company."
Do not forget to mention in subject "order rescheduling with order id", if you are writing a fresh email requesting reschedule.

Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment based on cancellation policy stated in every package details and the refund will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card / debit card.
